Today’s construction world deals with a multitude of complex issues. Construction Management is a discipline that requires not only experience, skill, and expertise but also an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the construction industry and construction process. Because of our background as a General Contractor/Builder, our Construction Management Team has both the knowledge and the experience—and the skill and expertise that come with that experience—to create a building design plan that can deliver a quality project on time and within budget. That same experience and our “hand’s on” management style gives us the ability to integrate all aspects of the building process into a seamless construction project that flows quickly and easily from the earliest stages to the “finishing touches”. As a Construction Manager At Risk, we are both the consultant to and advocate for the owners. It is our goal to provide owners more control of the construction process. Some of the services we provide to owners includes, but is not limited to:

  • development of a detailed design and construction schedule;
  • enhancement of the project design and construction quality;
  • coordination of the process with ongoing activities and with other public and community activities to avoid interruptions;
  • establishment of workable lines of communication with all parties to the process (including owners, architects, design team, and subcontractors);
  • delivery of timely, clear reports on the process to the owner;
  • management and control of construction costs to allow for optimum use of available funds;
  • providing and maintaining a safe workplace for both workers and the public;
  • solving problems quickly and easily to avoid delays; and
  • coordination of the final stages of construction including punch lists.

At H G Reynolds, we know that each project is unique and we have the proven ability to design a plan that incorporates the individual characteristics of each project and the desires of the owner with the construction process to ensure a quality product that is completed safely on or ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption and within budget.
