This project was a new CMR elementary school in the Tanner/Foster Creek Area of Hanahan SC for grades pre-K through 5th grade. This 99200 sq. ft. facility serves 780 students with room to expand up to 900 students. The project included three bid packages: Site and Building Preparation Package Site and Building Development Package and Off-Site Infrastructure Package. The building included multi-story academic wings an administrative wing a multi-purpose room a dining room a media center and additional support spaces.
