This higher education housing facility consisted of four buildings and totaled 80000 square feet.

This 60000 square foot project was composed of three three-story buildings and houses 144 students. This USDA funded project was constructed for the upperclassmen on the Presbyterian College campus. There are a combined 36 residential units and each unit contains four single rooms two bathrooms a kitchen and a common gathering space.
